Gingerbread doughs been firming up in the fridge all day just waiting to be cut. Can't wait to break out the cookie cutters! So in the meant time i've baked up a batch of peanut butter cookies. Not bad for a new recipe but I'd use less sugar next time. Will post pictures soon.
