Garlic Shrimp

1/4 cup butter
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 lb. large uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1. Combine butter, garlic and parsley flakes in a small bowl. Microwave at high for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until butter melts. Place shrimp in a 9 inch round baking dish.

2. Pour butter mixture evenly over shrimp; cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 70% (medium high) for 5 to 8 minutes, or until shrimp are firm and opaque, stirring 3 or 4 times during cooking. Serve shrimp with wooden picks.
