Parmesan Rotini
1/2 lb. Rotini
2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
1/4 cup (approx.) Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper
1. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook rotini according to package directions or until al dente (tender but firm or throw it against the ceiling if it sticks its done!); drain well.
2. Toss rotini with butter, Parmesan Cheese and Sour Cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pass extra Parmesan cheese separately, if desired. Makes 4 side-dish servings.
