Here's a random recipe but a family favourite!

Golden Dome Cauliflower

2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp grated parmesan

Boil or steam head of cauliflower.
Combine 1st 3 ingredients, spread over cauliflower, sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake 425 oven for 10 minutes till golden.
