An Artist's Blank Canvas

A new book to add to the collection. I ventured out and made the white cupcakes. One version of the cupcakes I made has a Elderberry Frosting piped onto it. The second version I used the icing I use for my brownies http://recipeaddict.blogspot.com/2007/04/chocolate-banana-brownies.html plus I added a piece of hershey's dark chocolate to the centre.

These are the white cupcakes with the Elderberry Jam Frosting. I had no food colouring so I opted for jam to give it some colour.
