The question that is begging to be asked... What shall I do with this Garden Variety Zucchini?

My mom has these and bigger in her garden. She scoops the seeds out of them, fills them with meatloaf and bakes them. I'm sure you could come up with some brilliant variation on the theme.

Thanks Meg, sounds yummy. I would have to say that my favourite vegetable is Zucchini followed closely by Squash.
